By purchasing, booking, or accessing any coaching service, digital resource, course, membership, or downloadable material from The ADHD Coaching Circle, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1) Services Provided

The ADHD Coaching Circle provides:

  • 1:1 ADHD coaching

  • group coaching programs

  • self-paced digital courses

  • downloadable resources, toolkits, and workbooks

  • webinars, workshops, and educational content

  • memberships or subscription-based support (if applicable)

All services are designed for education, reflection, and coaching support only.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, crisis support, legal advice, or medical treatment.

2) Not medical or mental health treatment

The ADHD Coaching Circle provides coaching and psychoeducation, not healthcare.

Nothing within coaching, courses, resources, or content should be considered:

  • medical advice

  • psychiatric advice

  • diagnosis

  • treatment recommendations

  • emergency mental health support

Clients remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical, psychological, legal, or crisis services where needed.

If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, coaching is not an appropriate substitute for urgent support.

3) Client responsibility

Coaching works best as a collaborative process.

By purchasing services, you agree that you are responsible for:

  • your decisions

  • your actions

  • implementing strategies discussed

  • communicating needs, access requirements, and boundaries

  • deciding what feels right for your nervous system and circumstances

No specific outcomes, business results, symptom changes, or life improvements can be guaranteed.

4) Booking, rescheduling & late attendance

1:1 Sessions

Sessions must be booked through the agreed booking system.

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as used sessions unless due to emergency, illness, or agreed accessibility reasons.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time unless otherwise agreed.

If I need to reschedule, an alternative session will be offered.

5) Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is agreed.

For payment plans:

  • instalments must be paid on time

  • missed payments may pause access to coaching or course materials

  • full remaining balances may become due if payment plans are abandoned

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

6) Digital products & courses

Digital products, downloads, templates, workbooks, and self-paced courses are for personal use only.

You may not:

  • copy

  • share

  • resell

  • reproduce

  • upload elsewhere

  • distribute to groups or workplaces

  • use materials for commercial teaching without permission

All intellectual property remains the property of The ADHD Coaching Circle.

7) Refunds & cooling-off rights (UK)

For coaching or digital services purchased online, UK consumers may have a 14-day cancellation right under distance-selling law.

However, by booking a session, accessing a course, downloading a resource, or requesting immediate access within those 14 days, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and your cancellation rights may end once the service or digital content has started.

Refund policy

  • 1:1 coaching: no refunds for completed sessions

  • digital downloads: non-refundable once accessed

  • courses/programs: refundable within 14 days only if no material has been accessed unless otherwise stated on the sales page

  • payment plans: remain payable in full unless a statutory cancellation right applies

This does not affect your legal consumer rights.

8) Confidentiality

What you share in coaching is treated as confidential unless:

  • you consent to sharing

  • disclosure is required by law

  • there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others

  • safeguarding concerns arise

For group coaching, confidentiality is expected from all participants, but cannot be absolutely guaranteed.

9) Access & inclusion

The ADHD Coaching Circle aims to provide neurodivergent-affirming, access-centred coaching.

Clients are encouraged to communicate:

  • sensory needs

  • communication preferences

  • pacing requirements

  • written vs verbal preferences

  • camera/no-camera preferences

  • accessibility adjustments

Reasonable efforts will always be made to create psychologically safer and more accessible coaching spaces.

10) Termination

Either party may end the coaching relationship if:

  • the service is no longer clinically or ethically appropriate

  • boundaries are repeatedly violated

  • payments are not made

  • abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behaviour occurs

  • another service would better meet your needs

Unused prepaid sessions may be refunded at discretion unless termination follows breach of these terms.

11) Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The ADHD Coaching Circle is not liable for:

  • indirect losses

  • business losses

  • emotional distress arising from implementation decisions

  • decisions made based on coaching content

  • lost profits, missed opportunities, or reputational loss

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful under UK law.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
